All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers or in files securely kept at Mr Miles Tea Rooms.

BOOKINGS

You consent to Mr Miles Tea Rooms keeping information you supply to us with reference to a booking or event.  This information will include your name, contact number and any information necessary to fulfil a customer’

s requirements.  This information may be used to contact you with regards to your booking or event.  This information will be stored in a diary until the end of the following year, when the diary will be destroyed.  Your information may be shared with staff members or suppliers in order to fulfil customers’ requirements but will not be shared with or sold to any other 3^rd party.

CUSTOMER ORDERS

If an enquiry is made for a product or retail item then we may ask for your name, phone number and any other information necessary to fulfil the customer’s needs.  This information will be stored in a file accessible only by Mr Miles Tea Room staff and will be used for the sole purpose of the customers enquiry.  The information may be shared with other Mr Miles Tea Room employees or suppliers to fulfil the customers’ requirements

Once the customers enquiry has been completed the information held will be destroyed.

FRIENDS OF MR MILES

To join Friends Of Mr Miles we will collect your name, address, email address and phone number. This information will be stored in a file accessible only by Mr Miles staff and also on a secure server, accessible by Mr Miles Staff and our internet maintenance company (Distinctive UK).

By joining Friends Of Mr Miles, you consent to Mr Miles Tea Rooms contacting you via phone, email or via our regular newsletter which will contain information about products and events run by or in conjunction with Mr Miles Tea Rooms.  Your information will not be shared with or sold to any 3^rd party.

EMPLOYMENT APPLICATIONS

Applications for employment will be strictly by a Mr Miles Tea Rooms application form, which can be collected from the Tea Rooms or downloaded from our website.  A curriculum vitae or application by an alternative method (email, Facebook message etc) will not be accepted.

Information on the application form will be held for 6 months, after which it will be destroyed.  Details may be shared with Mr Miles staff members for the purpose of employment application at Mr Miles Tea Rooms or any other venue associated with Khong Ethereal Ltd.  Details will not be shared with or sold to any 3^rd party.

All application forms must be signed, dated and consent given by the applicant to hold their data before an application form can be accepted.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
