Maragoype or “elephant” beans are up to 40% larger than common Arabica beans. First grown in Brazil, this mutant variety of the Arabica Typica plant now thrives in Nicaragua. Grown between 1200 and 1500 meters on North facing slopes, these medium roasted beans have a full body with a smooth, fruity, naturally sweet flavour.
Best brewed in a cafetiere or filter.
